VPartners is an exclusive investment fund tailored especially for private investors. Founded in 2000 under the name of D Partners, VPartners is part of the Viola Group (previously known as the "Dovrat Group"). VPartners currently has three funds under management and a manged SPV, aggregating approximately US$280 million in capital commitments, from leading international and Israeli private investors:
- D Partners I, a US$52 million fund, the final closing of which took place in March 2000. D Partners I invested in four Viola Group Funds, in five external VC funds, and in a direct portfolio of nineteen Israeli private and public companies, predominantly in the high-tech industry.
- D Partners II, a US$90 million fund (including an Annex fund), the final closing of which took place in April 2006. D Partners II refined the strategy of D Partners I, investing in both the Viola Group funds, and in a diversified portfolio of private equity investments.
- VPartners III, a follow on fund of D Partners I+II, employing similar strategy. VPartners III made its first closing in May 2008 with US$60 million in commitments. Final closing is expected within a year, targeting approximately US$100 million. |
