Yoav Doppelt has been with Ofer HT from its inception in 1997, defining its vision and formulating its methodology. Ofer Hi-Tech is a leading investor in technology-based Israeli-related companies, from pre-seed through early-stage to publicly-traded, working in communications, software, medical devices, bio-technology and microelectronics. Ofer Hightech is part of the Ofer Brothers Group (www.oferhitech.com).
Yoav serves as an active board member for Yozma Venture Capital ($170M under management), Lumenis, Enzymotec, MGVS, Chiasma, Cardiodex and is actively involved in numerous investments within the Israeli private equity and high-tech arena.
Yoav has led several exit deals and has extensive experience in exit management. In addition, Yoav is well seasoned in hands-on activities with portfolio companies including MGVS (cell therapy), Naopass (Medical devices) and Chiasma (drug delivery) and Coreflow (Capital Equipment). He is also served as an active chairman for Enzymotech (industrial biotechnologies).
Since 1996, Yoav has held various finance and managerial positions in the Ofer Brothers Group. He has served as a director in Tower Semiconductors (Nasdaq: TSEM) and IMI—Israel Chemical's R&D Institution.
Yoav received a bachelor’s degree from the faculty of industrial management in the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Haifa University, Israel. |
