Secondary Fund Activities:

Vintage Ventures closed Vintage Ventures I, a $64 million secondary fund, in June 2004 and Vintage Ventures III, a $125 million secondary fund, in March 2007. Vintage Ventures I and III acquire limited partnership interests in Israeli private equity funds and direct portfolios of Israeli private companies.

Fund of Funds Activities:
Vintage Ventures closed Vintage Ventures II, a $75 million fund of funds, in April 2006. Vintage Ventures II invests in and sponsors seed and early stage, sector-specific Israeli technology venture capital funds managed by experienced managers with strong track records. An Annex fund of $10 million focuses on select non-venture private equity fund opportunities.

Vintage is in the process of closing Vintage Ventures IV, a fund of funds targeting $125 million in commitments.
