Plenus Mezzanine
|
A mezzanine fund that provides Israeli related industrial, service oriented or late stage companies with operating capital to successfully reach their next equity event, whether it is a private equity investment, the sale of the company, or a public offering. A Plenus mezzanine loan is subordinated to bank finance, and is often used as a financial 'buffer' on top of or as part of an equity investment round enabling the company to have additional comfort in uncertain market times.
Fund Strategy
Plenus Mezzanine secures credit lines for a diversified portfolio of mature companies in low technology industries, commerce and services. Plenus Mezzanine invests in private or public mid market Israeli companies in diverse industries, with revenues of at least $20M, positive cash flow and/or profitable, clear business model and large potential market. A typical mezzanine investment will consist of a $5M - $15M non-recourse loan for up to 5 years. Loan will bear Libor + 3% -5% interest with periodic payments, paired with an equity “kicker” - option to convert the full loan or part of it at a premium or significant warrant coverage. Plenus Mezzanine works together with each company to customize the credit proposal to suit each company's individual needs.
