Mr. Shy Amar joined VPartners in 2009 and he is responsible for financial, audit and taxation issues.
Shy was a Senior Auditor at Somekh Chaikin, the Israeli affiliate of KPMG, during 2006 through 2009. He specialized in auditing public and private companies in various sectors, particularly media and communication companies. He performed auditing in accordance with US GAAP, Israeli GAAP and IFRS.
Shy holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University, Israel. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
